The asset-management services we provide fall under 3 categories:
Non-discretionary trust products
We provide non-discretionary composite trust and non-discretionary pension trust for asset management in connection with investment in securities to be managed by clients themselves or directly by us.
For these products, we offer comprehensive asset-management services including administration, investment, book keeping for securities investments, as well as tax processing all supporting our clients’ sophisticated and flexible securities investments.
Discretionary trust products
We provide investment services tailored to each client’s needs by directly investing their assets in securities, according to the mandate and investment guidelines provided by each individual client. Asset management services are the same as those for non-discretionary products: discretionary money trust and money in trust, and pension trust.
Real estate related trusts
Recognizing the growing trend towards the securitization of real estate, we use the trust function to safely monetize real properties, such as office buildings, commercial estates, residential properties, and amusement facilities. The real estate related services we offer include land trust and real estate administration and disposal trust.
