The Trust Companies Association of Japan* maintains an advice center through which the TCA accepts customers’ complaints and provide consultations on trust. You can submit requests or complaints associated with provision of trust business by financial institutions.
Those who have a trouble with the trust business of a trust bank, etc. can use the TCA’s “Mediation Committee”.
